Refund Policy

Introduction

We would rather give the money back than have you keep something that didn't earn its place. Every order is covered by a money-back guarantee. How long you have, and how it works, depends on what you bought.

Veto: 60 days

Veto is covered for 60 days from the date you receive it. Nail growth is slow, so you need a real stretch of time to judge it fairly, and 60 days gives you that.

If you have tried it and you are not satisfied, you can return it within 60 days. You may return one opened or used bottle under this guarantee. Any additional bottles in the same return need to be unopened and still sealed. For returns that are not a fault on our side, return shipping is yours to cover.

If your bottles are unopened and still sealed, you can return them within 60 days the same way.

We will ask for your order number or receipt so we can find the order.

The book and everything digital: 30 days

The Ugly Toenail Book, the audiobook, the companion guides, and the 90-Day Program are covered for 30 days from the date of your order. You will know inside a month whether they were worth it. If you are not happy, email us within 30 days and we will refund what you paid. No forms, no hoops, and we will not ask you to prove you did the work.

The printed copy

The printed book is made to order and shipped from a printer, so it works a little differently to a download.

If it arrives damaged, misprinted, or it is not what you ordered, send us a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost. You will not need to return anything.

For any other reason, we will refund the printed copy within 30 days, and we will ask you to return the book to us first. If you would rather keep it, we will refund everything except the print and shipping cost, which we have already paid to the printer.

How to claim it

• Reply to your order receipt, or email support@ohveto.com from the address you used at checkout.

• Tell us which order you want refunded. A reason is welcome, because it helps us improve, but it is not required.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of our confirmation, depending on your bank.

Fair use

This guarantee is meant for people who genuinely gave something a go and it was not for them. We honor it once per customer, per product.

Timing

The guarantee runs from the date shown on your receipt, and for anything shipped, from the date it reaches you. Each order has its own window from its own date, including anything you added at or after checkout.
