These terms govern your use of this website and everything we sell on it: Veto, The Ugly Toenail Book, its companion guides, the 90-Day Program, and any related products (together, "the products"). Everything here is sold by DTC Guys LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

What Veto is

Veto is a cosmetic. It improves the appearance, texture, and condition of damaged or discolored nails. It is not a treatment for any medical condition, it is not an antifungal, and it is not approved or evaluated by the FDA for any medical use. Nothing we say about it should be read as a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anything.

Education, not medical advice

The book, the companion guides, and the program are educational. They are not medical advice, they do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. If your toenails are painful, bleeding, or separating from the nail bed, or if you have diabetes, circulation problems, or a compromised immune system, see a podiatrist or dermatologist before starting any home routine.

Results

Individual results vary based on biology, consistency, and underlying health. Nail growth is paced by your body, and visible change takes months rather than days. Nothing on this site or in the products is a promise of a specific outcome, and any figures cited from published research are provided for context, not as claims about your results.

Buying from us

• Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you order.

• Digital products (the ebook, audiobook, companion guides, and program materials) are delivered by email shortly after purchase. If anything fails to arrive, email us and we will re-send it.

• Physical products are shipped to the address you give us. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and delays in the hands of a carrier are outside our control.

• It is your responsibility to give us a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

• Where an additional offer is presented after checkout, it is charged to the payment method you used, only if you accept it. Each accepted offer is a separate charge and is clearly priced before you accept.

Using the products safely

Veto is for external use on nails and the surrounding skin only. Keep it away from your eyes and out of reach of children. Read the ingredient list before use if you have known sensitivities, stop using it if irritation occurs, and speak to a clinician if irritation continues.

Intellectual property

The products and everything on this site (text, design, images, formulations, and structure) belong to DTC Guys LLC. Buying from us gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use what you bought for your own use. You may not resell, republish, share, or distribute it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTC Guys LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one in effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any disputes will be handled in California courts.
